We are looking for someone who takes initiative, loves people, truly believes in our mission, and is pretty-dang positive!  This person is a cheerleader for teachers and loves to get the party started!

The perfect person for our team is a problem-solver, self-starter, is super organized and ensures that deadlines are met!

This person is eager to support teachers in our business rather than growing their own business!  They are really looking to have a BIG impact in education rather than simply taking a job to make extra income.

This position is ideal for someone who is looking for flexibility but has uninterrupted time in their day to complete tasks for Easy Teaching Tools.

More specifically, we are looking to bring on someone who can be fully-present to be checking the inbox (we had 643 emails during last summer's launch)!

JOB DESCRIPTION

For this 6-week project, we are looking for someone who can dedicate to the inbox:
  • at least 1 hour per day M-F until June 28th, 2024

  • Starting June 29th, 2024, 2-3 hours every morning until July 7th, depending on the volume of emails.  Ideally, we'd love for you to be in the inbox before, during, and after our webinars on July 1st, 2nd, and 3rd.
  • at least 1 hour per day M-F until from July 8th-July 31st depending on the volume of emails

     YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  •  helping teachers change their webinar dates

  • answer questions within 24 hours, sometimes sooner for time-sensitive questions

  • help process cancellations

  • keeping the inbox organized

  • communicating with the team about customer issues via Slack

     ⭐️ If this is a good fit after the 6 weeks together, we'd love to offer you to join our team and take over customer support.⭐️

EXPERIENCE

  • K-5 teaching experience is a plus
