Every month has around 20 minutes of video content, broken down into bite-sized chunks and a 45 minute LIVE training with me, so you can watch them while you jam down that apple cinnamon muffin every recess. The implementation part takes a little longer, but there are resources you can literally print out and start using right away, so you can reclaim your time ASAP.

Possibly. But if you haven’t done it by now, chances are you’ll never get round to it (#truthbomb). Not because you don’t have the skills or the smarts, but because it would take you a lot of time… and you and I both know you don’t have a lot of that right now. I've done all the hard work to figure out what works and what doesn't, so you can learn from my mistakes and win your time (and your sanity!) back faster.
